The minimum period of public recruitment for faculty and salaried professional positions is four weeks from date of posting. The minimum for hourly paid positions is one week.

Salaries for staff exempt positions and title and salary for faculty positions are based upon qualifications and experience. UTSI offers competitive salaries and excellent benefits and for faculty positions, a stimulating research and teaching environment with a strongly interdisciplinary approach.

Current federal immigration law requires identification and eligibility verification prior to employment. If offered employment, review of certain acceptable documents will be requested including proof of educational requirements. Newly hired University employees are paid by direct deposit.
