The UTSI Human Resources Office shall maintain an up to date listing of staff exempt and staff non-exempt employees who have been laid off due to a curtailment of operations or of funds. This office shall notify and recall employees when a restoration of force occurs as outlined in
Human Resources Policy 150.
Should an employee reject an offer of employment as outlined in Policy 150 he/she shall then lose all rights of recall. A notice of such action will be sent by the UTSI
Human Resources Office to the local State Department of Employment Security's Unemployment Compensation Claims Office.
