Any UTSI employee may elect to enter into a tax sheltered annuity agreement. Such agreements are normally made during the month of November to become effective the following January 1st. Agreements may be cancelled at any time during the year. The eligible employee may begin participation in a tax sheltered annuity at any time by contacting the Human Resources Office. Employees electing to enter into a tax sheltered annuity contract should contact the UTSI Human Resources Office.
